1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bilibet ("bilibet," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bilibet.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bilibet platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3.Account Registration

To access bilibet's real-money gaming services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

5.Deposits & Payments

All bilibet accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following terms govern deposits and payment methods:

• Accepted payment methods: bilibet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Prohibited payment methods: Deposits via credit card are not accepted for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are strictly prohibited.

6.Withdrawals
